Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

At We For World Foundation, we strive to offer a transparent and fair refund policy for all individuals participating in our award nominations, registrations, and events.

 

1. Nomination & Registration Fees

All nomination and registration fees submitted through https://www.weforworld.org are non-refundable under normal circumstances. These fees go toward administrative, evaluation, and operational costs involved in the award and event process.

 

2. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional situations:

  • Duplicate payment (accidental double transaction)

  • Technical error on our platform resulting in failed service delivery

  • Event cancellation by We For World Foundation

In such cases, a written request must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction at info@weforworld.org, with full payment proof and context for the refund claim.

3. Processing of Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 10–15 business days. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider.

4. No Refunds For

  • Change of mind after nomination/registration

  • Disqualification or ineligibility in awards

  • No-shows at events

  • Partially used services or digital deliverables already issued
